Return Policy

Domestic Returns

We're sad things didn't work out for you, luckily we have an easy return policy!

JAEST accepts returns within thirty days (30) after original order was placed (look at your order confirmation or receipt to find date). JAEST will not accept any returns if the product is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway. JAEST will only accept returned items if ALL tags and labels are still attached. 

Anything marked as "FINAL SALE" will not be allowed for a return or exchange.

If you are looking to return an item you are not satisfied with, simply email us at info@jaeststudios.com as the subject line "Return" and include in the body of the email include your order number, item number and name of the items you want to return. JAEST will refund the total dollar amount paid for the item excluding any shipping charges back to the original form of payment (if you are using a VISA gift card please keep them handy unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping the item). 

JAEST is not responsible for any return shipping expenses.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange the same product for another size or color, we'd be more than happy to do that for you! Please email us at info@jaeststudios.com with the subject line "Exchange" and we will be in touch soon. If you want to exchange your current item with a different item, you'd have to return the item you bought and purchase the new one.

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your item(s).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Although we inspect the items we ship out, we understand things can happen during the transit period- if you receive a damaged item please email us immediately at info@jaeststudios.com. You have 7 days after your purchase to let us know.
