Ordering and Payments

Q: How will tax be calculated in my order?

A: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida. 

International customers (outside of the US) all local, state, and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer. 

 

Q: I'm so excited to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?

A: Yay! We're so excited for you to receive your new items! After we process your payment, we will send out a shipping confirmation with a tracking number provided in the email. With this number you can track the status of your order (please allow 24hrs for the package to process before tracking). If you have any questions, please email us at info@jaeststudios.com.

 

Q: What time do I need to place my order for it to be shipped out the same day?

A: All orders that want to be shipped out the same day need to be placed by 1pm PST.

 

Q: What payment methods to you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

 

Q: When is the amount charged to my credit card?

A: As soon as your summited your order. 

 

Q: What happens in case of return?

A: If you return any items, the balance will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges. Please see our return policy for details.

USA Shipping

Q: Where do we ship?

A: We ship within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO boxes, and U.S Territories.

 

Q: How long does delivery usually take?

A: If you decide to ship standardly, your order should be delivered in 2-6 business days.

 

Q: What are the shipping and handling costs?

A: We offer two choices.

Standard shipping $6.45

Q: What are the shipping and handling cost for international orders?

A: $25

Free shipping on all order $600 or more for International customers!

Q: Do you pay for taxes and duties?

A: For international customers (all customers outside the U.S) all local, state, and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be.

ALL LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL TAXES ARE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

Q: How can I track my package?

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept return items?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) you don't have to worry! You have 30 days from when you placed your order to return the item(s) you purchased. You will receive a full refund for the total amount spent minus shipping cost. 

Anything marked as "FINAL SALE" will not be allowed for a return or exchange.

 

Q: What conditions are acceptable for a return?

A: JAEST will accept any item(s) for a return provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, worn, soiled, washed or altered in anyway and all labels and tags are still attached. 

 

Q: How do I return an item?

A: If you are looking to return an item you are not satisfied with, simply email us at info@jaeststudios.com as the subject line "Return" and include in the body your order number, item(s) number and name of the item(s) you want to return. JAEST will refund the total dollar amount paid for the item excluding any shipping charges back to the original form of payment (if you are using a VISA gift card please keep them handy unless you are 100% sure you will be keeping the item).

JAEST is not responsible for any return shipping expenses.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund after I have shipped my item(s)?

A: Our return process usually takes from one to two weeks. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will then process your refund, which will go back into the original form of payment in 7-10 business days (refer to return policy page).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange something, simply email us at info@jaeststudios.com as the subject line "Exchange" and we will be in touch soon. Unfortunately we do not have the system to exchange your items for something completely different, we can only exchange items of the same kind for a different size/color. Thank you for understanding.

A: We are happy to say our full production process is done right here in Miami, FL!
